A miniature closed-loop optogenetic stimulation device

This thesis presents design, implementation, and evaluation of a miniaturised low-power closed-loop optogenetic stimulation device. It includes a neural recorder, an optogenetic stimulator, and an electrode. The device is validated through an in-vitro platform developed in the research work. The developed device enables chronic neuromodulations for investigations into neurological disorders.<br>
