A Model of Transformative Brand Experience for Pilgrimage Tourism' explores how transformative experiences influence the consumer pathway towards brand loyalty. Based on phenomenological practice and qualitative design approaches, the PhD proposes a new conceptual model that shows the relationship between consumers and iconic brands and the consumer pathway towards loyalty.
