Access to justice: reporting child sexual abuse in Australian indigenous communities

Child sexual abuse is more prevalent in Indigenous communities, but is less likely to be reported. This thesis found that it was difficult for Indigenous children to disclose abuse to authorities, but that deep engagement between communities, police and child welfare organisations were effective, and were endorsed by Indigenous stakeholders.
