Activisms, atmospheres and the affective life of Broome, Western Australia

This thesis explored the role of place in aligning and connecting Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people’s political projects and agendas committed to a ‘good life’. In particular, it demonstrated how Aboriginal conceptions of Country empowered and enabled connections across cultural difference.
