An Analysis of Mandatory Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Provisions under Indian Company Law

This thesis provided qualitative, empirical-based answers into current issues regarding compliance by companies with the existing legal framework of CSR in India, by drawing on content analysis of companies�۪ CSR disclosures and interviews with several relevant stakeholders to assess the state of compliance with CSR regulations by Indian companies.
