An Exploration of Humour in Workplace Leadership

This study investigated humour use in the workplace leadership context. A framework was developed to explain the capabilities of appropriate humour use, and its connection with leadership effectiveness in the workplace. This was achieved by aligning the key elements of humour use with cognitive intelligence, emotional intelligence, and leadership capabilities.
