An Organisational Performance Measurement Implementation Model for Non-Acute Health Charities

<p>This thesis investigates organisational performance measurement (OPM) in the non-acute health charity sector. OPM's value, usage and feasibility in the non-acute health charities context is explored as well critical factors for OPM implementation success in the sector. The outcome is the Non-Acute Health Charities Measurement Advantage Implementation Model (MAIM) - the first methodological approach to OPM implementation in non-acute health charities.</p>
