Antecedents of the Social Impact of Social Enterprises

This thesis investigated the antecedents of the social impact of social enterprises. It conducted a systematic review of the antecedents of social enterprises'social impact; developed a social impact scale for social enterprises; and examined the direct and mediated effect of servant leadership on the social impact of social enterprises.
