Antimicrobial stewardship: a Thai case study of nursing roles

This research addressed the problem of antimicrobial resistance by exploring current and potential roles of nurses in antimicrobial stewardship in acute healthcare in Thailand. The findings identified gaps in health service governance and policies necessary to support nurses’ full participation in stewardship and their contribution to quality and safety initiatives.
