Applied Multimodal Framework for Evaluating and Forecasting Team Performance

This research outlines a framework for appraisal of tactical team performance. In the context of a 3-member collaborative task setting, the gaze and cardiac activity of team members were employed to establish behavioral and physiological compliance indices, respectively. The indices were further used to derive a composite index which demonstrates a significant relationship with performance.
