Aptamer-Based Molecular Pathology of Cancer

This thesis describes the development of a novel method for intraoperative diagnosis of surgical margins and lymph nodes. The establishment of this nucleic acid-based cancer diagnostic method enables pathologists to stain biopsies within 17 minutes with high sensitivity and accuracy, thereby establishing a more effective cancer management system.<p></p>
