Artificial Intelligence-Based Decision-Making Support for Coaches During Australian Football Matches

This thesis investigated an opportunity to provide artificial intelligence-based decision support to elite Australian football coaches during competitive matches. It mapped the context specific decision-making environment and the conceptualisation, development, and implementation of a decision support system. The findings pointed towards opportunities for future implementations to be embraced by coaches.
