FelthamThe thesis argues that it is possible, using the resources of Alain Badiou's set theory ontology, to construct a model of praxis - thinking practice in the realms of art, love, science and politics - which offers a pragmatic alternative to the instrumentalist model of functional work which dominates contemporary society.
