Investigates how individual and organisational factors relate to workers' attitudes to and perceptions of sexual harassment. Study 1 investigated workers from a white-collar organisation; study 2 sampled workers from a blue-collar organisation. Workers' tolerance, perceptions and experiences of sexual harassment differed between the two organisations.
