This thesis investigated teachers' perceptions of and beliefs about the affordances of one-to-one device programs for teaching and learning. Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis is used to present teachers' perspectives in three phenomenological spheres of understanding one-to-one device programs, as their perspectives relate to the conditions of technology acceptance and teacher agency.
