This thesis explores the forensic relevance of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), considering issues fundamental to the administration of justice. Results revealed little variation in offence typologies according to ASD trait severity, disparity in the understanding of ASD amongst Australian magistrates, and subtle differences in morality according to ASD trait severity.
