BEST-Foundations: A Family-Focused Attachment-Based Intervention Treating Emotional Disorders in Children

This study demonstrated the effectiveness of a unique, family-inclusive approach to treating symptoms of depression and anxiety in children. To address this, the BEST-Foundations intervention was developed and trialled. Findings revealed that BEST-Foundations showed promise in alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety, and was evaluated positively by families that participated.
