Bacterially derived siderophore improves metal stress tolerance of Brassica napus

This study found that that beneficial microbes in the soil have an important role in mitigating abiotic stressors in crop plants and may have prospective future applications in enhancing bioremediation and biocontrol operations through promoting increased tolerance and growth in response to elevated metal(loid) stressors.
