Bio-Kinematic Analysis of Golf Green Side Bunker Shots for Enhanced Performance

This study answered what key hidden biomechanical variables of an effective golf greenside bunker shot that are most strongly associated with a better performance index to predict and classify handicap levels. The finding pointed to club-head speed, divot depth and entry point and timing of club-head release at impact.
