This thesis explores how bird communities are impacted by agricultural-driven forest degradation in a tropical landscape of India. The findings shed light on how forest and agricultural land uses impact birds with different characteristics, and the processes shaping entire bird communities. The thesis contributes conservation insights for the study region.
