This is a comparison study of 103 primary school students, those that have and have not attended Bush Kinder. It sheds light on the significance of unstructured nature play and how it can advance the 4's (Critical thinking, Collaboration, Creativity, Communication) the desired skill set of the 21st century workforce, creating more well-rounded employees or entrepreneurs.
