Career Directions and Employability Through Australian-Indonesian Student Mobility Programs

This research investigated how Australian-Indonesian student mobility programs impact students' career direction and employability. Through interviews with students, alumni, policymakers, practitioners, academics, and employers, the findings deepened our understanding of student's transformative process through learning abroad participation and provides empirical insights into the Australian-Indonesian student mobility context.<p></p>
