Characterization of hydrodynamics in vacuum fluidized bed

This research shed light on the fundamental behaviour of the low pressure fluidization process and presents approaches to optimize the quality of fluidization and heat transfer. The proposed modified Ergun equation is used to describe the cause, mechanism and remedy for inhomogeneous fluidization through experimental and numerical studies.<p></p>
