China-US Competition: Trade War and Aid to Africa

This dissertation emphasises competition between China and the US through the study on the trade war and aid to Africa. It provides both economic and political rationales for the trade war in 2018 and also finds the US can crowd out Africa's political support of China directly through financial aid.
