Chinese College English students learning experience in China and Australia

The broad conclusion of this thesis is that enshrining the hopes and aspirations of Freire, Dewey and Confucius in the goals of the education systems in China and Australia could minimise the mis-educative experiences the participants described and provide more transformative possibilities for future students.
