Christian School Principals: Instructional Leaders or Entrepreneurial Managers?

This study investigated the increasingly complex role of the principal, especially how they resolved the competing demands of instructional leadership and entrepreneurial management. The findings highlighted a mismatch between theory (agile leadership: combining both leadership functions) and practice (fragile leadership: favouring either instructional leadership or entrepreneurial management) during the game-changing COVID crisis.<p></p>
