This thesis advances knowledge on the link between lifestyle patterns and cognitive function and dementia risk. It also explores attitudes and preferences critical to lifestyle-based dementia prevention strategies. The findings highlight the importance of comprehensive lifestyle strategies to maintain cognitive function and reduce neurodegenerative risk.
