Consumer Activism: Role of Relational Constructs

This thesis examined empirically the role of relational mobility in individual consumer activism behaviours, thus extending relational mobility beyond interpersonal relationships to consumer-brand relationships. The findings suggested that different levels of relational mobility affect consumer behaviours associated with the termination and formation of relationships following egregious and virtuous acts.
