This study analysed organisational structure and customer satisfaction in Australian authorised depository institutions. Mutual bank customers were found to be more satisfied than shareholder bank customers. Gender differences revealed higher satisfaction among females, particularly with relational service delivery. Pricing significantly influenced satisfaction, with shareholder bank customers less content with fees and interest rate changes compared to mutual bank customers.<p></p>
