Decentralised and lightweight blockchain-based framework for smart healthcare system

This thesis investigated the problem of securely accessing and sharing electronic medical records among different healthcare providers. Due to rapid advancement of Internet-of-things technologies, increasing number of smart healthcare gadgets provide greater access to electronic medical records than before for monitoring patients' health. In this thesis, we proposed a decentralized and lightweight blockchain-based framework for smart-healthcare, with patients being epicentre of the system.<p></p>
