Design and Application of Natural Melanin-Based Functional Hybrids

Three types of natural melanin-based functional hybrids were designed based on the bio-inspired properties of natural melanin. These hybrids were applied for the anti-UV polymer, water treatment and intelligent biomedical devices. All of the designed materials not only had excellent performance but also expand the application horizon of natural melanin.
