Design of Enhanced Work Integrated Learning Framework for Applied Engineering

This research investigated and proved the necessity of an effective work-integrated learning approach to improve the industry readiness of graduate engineers. The main outcome of this research is an Enhanced Work Integrated Learning Framework designed to develop industry-ready graduates by embedding workplace learning throughout the Bachelor of Engineering program.<p></p>
