In my thesis I designed and developed a controller, based on artificial intelligence approach, to increase the efficiency of residential photovoltaic systems under partial shading conditions. The main advantages of the developed technique are its low cost, improved processing speed and a significant reduction in output fluctuations during the tracking period.
