Developing Targeted Therapy for B-cell Dysfunction in Type 2 Diabetes

This thesis aimed to identify new treatment options for patients affected by Type 2 Diabetes. The first approach utilised a novel tool to find new drugs for Type 2 Diabetes while the second approach aimed to improve the effects of a current drug. The findings of this thesis have potential to be powerful therapeutics in Type 2 Diabetes.<p></p>
