This study explored the use of the Threshold Concepts Framework in producing work-ready occupational therapy graduates. It identified threshold concepts in occupational therapy and measured their acquisition in students and clinicians. The findings included 10 identified threshold concepts for the discipline and demonstrated that students may still be acquiring some threshold concepts at graduation.
