This research introduced a novel hyper-heuristic algorithm, autonomously adjusts parameters, enhancing efficiency and solution quality for complex, dynamic problems. Excelling in benchmarks and applications like traffic control and job matching, it proves effective in dynamic environments through hybridisation which integrates unique building blocks, achieving efficiency gains and improving practical applications.
