This thesis demonstrates the efficacy of bacteriophages in effectively suppressing both planktonic cells and biofilms. It suggests their potential as promising candidate for biofilm treatment in wounds and medical devices. The findings highlight bacteriophages as superior options for future phage therapy, offering innovative solutions for controlling antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections.
