Ductile Fracture of Sheet Metal Considering Nonlinear Strain Paths

This thesis aims to develop a new and robust approach for failure prediction to accommodate non-linear strain paths during forming. The role of a damage indicator on fracture prediction under the bilinear strain paths is also discussed.
