Early maladaptive schemas and schema modes in eating disorders

This dissertation investigated early maladaptive schemas and schema modes in eating disorders. It presented an innovative contribution to the existing research on schema theory and eating disorders through a ground-breaking approach based on Ecological Momentary Assessment. The significant preliminary findings established the feasibility and applicability of schema therapy in the treatment of eating disorders.
