Effect of Microstructure and Composition on Corrosion Inhibition of Steels

This study investigates different steel alloys and evaluates the level of degradation in solutions with different exposure times. It explains why the steel alloys with different microstructures deteriorate differently. It then shows the microstructure play an important role in the durability of the steels when exposes to the solutions.
