Effect of exercise and dietary protein on cognitive function

This thesis provided insight into the effect of lifestyle intervention for preventing cognitive decline in older adults. It was found that the combination of multi-component exercise and increased dietary protein (lean red meat) was largely ineffective for improving cognition, various blood markers and quality of life in healthy older adults.
