Examines the extent to which enterprise bargaining has eroded part-time working conditions for women in the Australian banking industry. It was found that part-time employees had less ability to participate in, and therefore be satisfied with outcomes of enterprise bargaining. Additionally, the working-time flexibility and work intensification facilitated by enterprise bargaining impacted on part-time employees.
