thesis
posted on 2024-11-26, 03:52 authored by Laura K. Hughes
This thesis investigated inhibitory control in individuals who smoke cigarettes, and whether inhibitory control training may assist with smoking cessation. It examined potential mechanisms by which the cognitive training may work and considered user behaviour outside of a clinical trial. Important considerations for both research and clinical application are discussed.
