Effects of aspirin on the management of depression in older adults: data analyses of the ASPREE cohort

This thesis explored factors related to the prevalence, course, and potential consequences of late-life depression. It also investigated the role of aspirin for the management of depression in this population. Results failed to show any benefit and point to a potential iatrogenic effect of aspirin in those with pre-existing depressive symptoms.
