This thesis discusses the valorisation of dance archives as necessary sources of research for an in-depth examination of our socio-political history, intangible cultural heritage and the fragility of digital evolution; namely, how we utilise content and curate multimedia-based information while highlighting the value of embodied ways of inquiry.
