Employer-supported higher education: challenges and opportunities

This study explored how experiences of undertaking higher education alongside paid employment relate to the ways in which higher education is valued by employee-students and workplace managers. Specifically, it investigated how these valuations influence Employer-supported Higher Education (ESHE) provision and engagement - in policy and practice.
