Enhancing Carbon Fibre Production Efficiency Through Life Cycle Analysis

This research developed a streamlined analysis model based on life cycle assessment methodology tailored to carbon fibre manufacturing. The detailed analysis of the carbon fibre manufacturing process and different precursor materials on a large production scale uncovered potential areas for manufacturing process and material improvement.
