Enhancing tertiary student employability: Longitudinal evaluation of developmental assessment centres

This thesis evaluated the longitudinal impact of a developmental assessment centre to improve work placement assessment and professional competence of postgraduate psychology students. The findings demonstrated the importance of using work-relevant learning and assessment in postgraduate psychology training and that student competence improves with this type of experience.
