Ethical Journalism and Practical Standards for Australian Sporting Controlled News

Researching sporting journalism, sociology, digital publications and ethics, with case studies from Australia (AFL) and the USA (MLB), it found the creation of in-house newsrooms within sporting organisations are having a detrimental effect on journalism. It ultimately gives 12 policy recommendations to ensure that journalism ethics are maintained industry wide.
