Examining obesogenic socio-economic status macrosystems in childhood obesity

This dissertation set out to identify whether children from different socio-economic status backgrounds have the same overweight/obesity risk and protective factors. Quantitative methods were used to analyse a nationally representative sample of Australian children. For the different socio-economic groups, different models of child-, parent- and household-related factors were identified.
